Whitecap is a story in three movements, about people in and around the sea in the beginnings of the Earthside 21st century.
"Karmic Dream Sequence" is a song by The Millennium, but here it also refers to Part III of Whitecap (2018-2021),
the primary chapter through which the story is told. Within it lies ghosts, absence, and deadly limbo,
as well as the lingering remains of Part II, the "Memory Dredge".
